Blow Out

Same director, natch, in what I think was a very underrated movie. Really an edge of the seat thriller, just realistic enough to be possible. DePalma's first "adult" movie (as opposed to kid stuff)--he really starts to strut his stuff here, and boy is jtggood. Not an inch of film is wasted. He takes all the sound gadgetry that was so boring in “The Conversation” and makes it captivating. Even Travolta is good. Really seminal work by the one and only.
