Cobra

By now, even Sylvester Stallone must be boring even himself. This is an unfortunately poor picture, and all too obvious an attempt to create a new pop hero along the lines of Rocky and Rambo (maybe they should have called it Robra). But the story of the maverick cop taking justice into his own hands and doing things his way has been done before, and much better to boot. The action is fairly effective, and Birgitte is certainly attractive, and Stallone was obviously in good shape, but it just ain't enough, dig?
