Lovely and Amazing

A superbly written, splendidly cast, and brilliantly acted movie about three women trying and failing to make human connections in modern day Los Angeles. It is at times very funny, but the overall effect is achingly sad. If you can walk out of this picture feeling good about L.A., the movie business, men, women, or relationships in general than you have a more resilient spirit than I.
