Teachers

This was a movie that left me almost completely neutral. The bad and the good balanced each other out pretty effectively. Ralph Macchio plays the least threatening threatening guy ever to hit the screen. I guess the only way to summarize is to say that if you're really boned some afternoon (rainy), and it's playing around for half price, it might be worth it, Yawn.

Buckaroo Banzai

This movie stunk. I had high expectations, to be sure (based on very good reviews) but the movie would have stunk even if I'd had NO expectations. What a good idea gone to waste. The movie is a big inside joke which the audience is never invited to join.
