Same director (don't ask me why we're going backwards chronologically). I think his second feature. Basically, an occult political thriller (which makes it "kid stuff"). DePalma was still flexing his muscles here and hadn't yet developed the touch. Though some sequences ARE elctrifying, and there are hints of things to come in later films, there is also a lot of wasted footage, as opposed to the first two pictures mentioned.
