The Matrix Reloaded

With the exception of the excruciating Zion scenes (which play like outtakes from a bad episode of “Star Trek”), TMR is a worthy successor to the first film. The fight scenes are even better than those in the original, and the extended freeway chase sequence raises the bar for all future chase scenes. The movie even manages to add some intriguing twists to the saga; but be warned... it actually ends with the onscreen message, "To be continued." We'll have to wait until November to see if Neo is the real deal in the real world, or if the Wachowskis have messed with our heads once again.
