Failed effort to capitalize on the Schwarzenegger mystique (not to mention physique) but maybe he is just better as a monster than a hero. Good start, and a few riveting scenes, but it just sort of fizzles and never develops any cumulative impact. Part (and maybe all) of the problem is that it seems to degenerate into self-parody, and it just isn't funny. Shoulda stuck with blood and guts.
